Pennsylvania Natural gas Regulations
· Customers in five LDCs’ service areas (Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc., Dominion Peoples, Equitable Gas Company, PECO Gas Company, and UGI Gas Utilities, Inc.) buy gas from marketers at this time.
· As of December 2009, 30 marketers had licenses to serve residential customers in the State, but only 8 companies were enrolling new customers, up from 4 in 2007 and 7 in 2008.
